Mr. Atul Kumar Saxena

President Globe trotting Entrepreneur of the new era, He is Managing Director of Multimillion dollar AUM Group of Companies. Aum Group today operates in 40 countries. He has Distinction of being appointed by Government of Oman (OCIPED), Syria, and Kuwait (KBCC) to promote their interest of trade and commerce in India. He is also an office bearer of commercial interest societies of different countries like Vice President of Indian - Vietnam Friendship Association.  

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Srivastava - Secretary General   

Rajesh Kumar Srivastava is an Graduate in Physics and Law and having worked as Vice President with Reliance Industries Ltd., Director Marketing, GE Spacenet BV and has rich experience in international and domestic relations, Business Development IT & Telecom sectors etc.

He also has a distinction of being actively involved in education and is currently Pro Vice Chairman of Delhi Public School, Bhagalpur; DPS Greater Ranchi, DPS Gurudev Tagore. He is also Advisor to Infosec Consortium of India which is a premier organization built on PPP  model for India’s Cyber Security.

Earlier he was Vice President of IT & Education at IICCI.

He has widely traveled overseas and has wide area network of contacts worldwide. He brings to the Association his rich experience, contacts and advisory services.

Dr. S. K. Verma- Senior Vice President

He is an expert of International law trade mark act and company law, an arbitrator of international dispute settlement and has significant recognition in the Bar council of India. Mr. Verma is senior advocate of Supreme Court of India and winner of many international important settlements ties, Patent law disputes, Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, FEMA exchange control regulations and has many more feathers in his cap. 

Mr. Sharad Mohan - Vice President Logostics

He is an expert in Customs clearance, EXIM  matters & logistic services. Having  a rich experience of 25 years in this field & due to the vast knowledge gathered over the years , is able to provide excellent advise with quick solutions to problems at all levels. Time & speed are the essence post arrival of cargo , were such advise becomes invaluable to save on self from port detention , demurrages etc. Consultation taken pre imports as a matter of abundant precaution also assists in smooth handling of imports. He is also owns a CHA rendering import /export services at all major ports. Expert counseling is offered to our members on matters of disputes, show cause notice ,   4% S.A.D. refunds, valuation & licensing

Mr. Arvind Ranjan, IPS (Retd.) - Vice President (Security & Defence)   Work Experience Snapshot:-

Mr. Arvind Ranjan has also received appreciation from Prime Ministers of India (2) , Kerala Government (2) and various other Commendation Rolls / Certificates.

He also has received President’s Police Medal for distinguished service, Police Medal for meritorious service & Police Duty Medal for serving in hard area.
